Approval of a minimum of $75M in TIF funding earmarked for infrastructureimprovements to the Property from the Intown CRA, which has been approved bythe City and Pinellas County.
The $75M in TIF funding can be used for any of the following uses:
• Brownfield mitigation and remediation
• Public open space amenities on the site including improvements that reactivate Booker Creek
• Streetscape improvements to re-establish the grid network on Tropicana Field and connect itwith surrounding neighborhoods
• Transit infrastructure and improvements
• Parking improvements
